Jon Steinlauf

Chief Sales Officer, Discovery

Jon Steinlauf has been Chief U.S. Advertising Sales Officer of Discovery Inc. since 2018. He serves as the President of Ad Sales and Marketing at Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc. since February 23, 2015. Mr. Steinlauf served as an Executive Vice President of Ad Sales & Marketing of Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc. since November 17, 2011 and was responsible for the strategic direction of the ad sales and integrated marketing efforts. Mr. Steinlauf served as the Senior Vice President, oversees efforts of Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc. He began at Scripps Networks in 2000 as vice president of ad sales, where he directed the advertising sales for HGTV and DIY Network within the Eastern region and successfully developed strong relationships for these brands. Mr. Steinlauf served as Vice President of ad sales for Turner Broadcasting's TBS and TNT networks and as director of ad sales at ESPN. He began his career as a media buyer at Young & Rubicam.
