Coronavirus and Messaging on Social

We all are just starting to understand the COVID-19 pandemic’s impact on how we all do ‘business as usual’ in an unusual time. I hope you find the presentation insightful on what’s currently happening and the beginning of what’s next for social marketing.
One theme we’ve been hearing from you is “How do I continue to relate, market/sell, and share with my audience in this new world without being tone-deaf to what’s happening? What do consumers want to hear from us and what’s OK?” With 70% of all consumers engaging more on social during this time and the average company is posting 6% less content, we see a disconnect and an opportunity to fill that void.
