We all are just starting to understand the COVID-19 pandemic’s impact on how we all do ‘business as usual’ in an unusual time. I hope you find the presentation insightful on what’s currently happening and the beginning of what’s next for social marketing.

One theme we’ve been hearing from you is “How do I continue to relate, market/sell, and share with my audience in this new world without being tone-deaf to what’s happening? What do consumers want to hear from us and what’s OK?” With 70% of all consumers engaging more on social during this time and the average company is posting 6% less content, we see a disconnect and an opportunity to fill that void.

I’d love to get your thoughts on a few key questions, for us to better tailor our research to address your most pressing concerns:

  • What are the changes in social content strategy you’re considering?
  • If I could ask my audience/consumers one question, what would it be?
  • What are the concerns you’re hearing from your sponsors about continuing to advertise in this uncertain climate?
  • The same question as above from the brand/advertiser side, “What are your concerns about continuing to advertise and what would allay those fears?

We will continue to share our findings back with you as we jointly create the roadmap for this new world we live in. We are here to help and look forward to hearing from everyone.

Thank you for being part of our community & hope to hear from you soon!
